CPD webinar: Teenagers and Sleep

Recent research into the teenage brain has revealed important differences in the way that teenagers sleep, compared to the typical sleep patterns of adults. We now understand why adolescents don't generally feel sleepier until much later at night and need to sleep for much longer in the mornings. We also know that many adolescents are operating with a chronic sleep deficit - which can significantly impact their learning, memory, behaviour, relationships and mental health.
