Cancer - A disease in which some of the body's cells grow in an uncontrollable way. There are lots of different types of cancer.
Schizophrenia - A mental illness often accompanied by delusions and hallucinations. The term derives from two Greek words meaning "divided" and "mind".
Mental health - The part of your health that has to do with your mind, your thoughts and feelings.
Side effects - An unwanted or unexpected result that comes along with the wanted result of an action.
Severe - Very bad, serious, or unpleasant.
EpiPens - A medical device that injects a dose of adrenaline to people suffering from severe allergic reactions.
Nasal - Relating to the nose.
Addictive - So enjoyable that you do not want to stop.
Genetic - Relating to genes. Each of us has around 20,000 to 25,000 genes. We inherit them from our parents. Although most of our genes are the same as everyone else’s, the small differences make us unique.
AI - A computer programme that has been designed to think.
Predict - Say what you think is about to happen.
Eradicate - To get rid of something completely or destroy something bad.
