Arrest - Stopped by (usually the police) and not allowed to leave.
Imran Khan - A former international cricketer who became the prime minister of Pakistan in 2018, until April 2022.
Prime minister - A prime minister is the head of government in a country with a parliamentary system.
Corruption - When someone abuses their power for personal gain. It often involves bribery.
Accused - Claim that someone has done something wrong.
Court - A place where matters of the law are decided by judges or juries.
Illegal - Against the law.
Politicians - Someone whose job it is to be involved in running a country. Politicians try to persuade people they have the best ideas to run the country.
