Honorific - A title given as a mark of respect.

Sandringham estate - The country retreat of Britain's monarch. It is in Norfolk and covers 20,000 acres, which includes the main Sandringham House and a number of other large properties. It is owned personally by the monarch.
Abdicated - Give up the throne.
World War One - A war that included many European countries between 1914 and 1918.
Henry VIII - The King of England from 1509 to 1547, best known for his six wives.
Illegitimate - Not lawful. When used in relation to a child, it means that their parents were not married when they were born.
Elizabeth I - The Tudor Queen of England from 1558 to 1603.
Trafficked - When people are bought and sold, often to become slaves or forced workers.
Settled - When parties in a legal dispute agree upon a compromise to avoid a dispute in court. Often it involves one side paying the other money.
Posthumous - After death.
