Why can’t we have no inflation?

In 2022, inflation rates in countries around the world skyrocketed. Consumers were paying around 10% more for their goods than the year before. It caused stress and anxiety as people struggled to pay for bills and buy food. Experts wanted inflation to go down. But crucially, they did not want it to go all the way down to 0. So, why is a little bit of inflation a good thing? This video from Vox explains.
