Why are West Africans so calm?

Imagine you spend the day setting out an elaborate picnic in a sunny park for all of your friends to enjoy. Suddenly, five minutes before your guests arrive, the heavens open and your picnic is soaked! You would probably be angry, upset or sulky. But the Yoruba people of West Africa have a "philosophy of calm" which will teach you to respond to every bad event in your life with peaceful acceptance. This video will teach you all about it.
