French animation director Florence Miailhe has just secured her first Oscar nomination, at the age of 70. The accolade is for her short animation, Papillon, which tells the story of Jewish French swimmer Alfred Nakache, who competed in the 1936 Berlin Olympics in Nazi Germany.
