Scourge - Something causing misery or death.
Structural racism - The ways in which institutions, policies, and societal norms perpetuate racial disparities, creating systemic inequalities and disadvantages for certain racial groups
Affirmative Action - A set of policies and practices aimed at addressing past and present discrimination against certain groups, particularly minorities and women, by giving them preferential treatment in areas like education and employment.
Disparities - Noticeable differences or inequalities between things, often when one thing is significantly different from another in a way that is unfair or problematic.
