  • How do I set up a champion user and a network of users?

    When you join, we can appoint staff champions who’ll be your main contact for all things The Day. Schools with multiple experts across departments see the best results, as they share best practices with their teams.

  • What can my account manager do to help?

    Your subscription includes a dedicated account manager for personalised support and training. If you haven’t connected yet, email support@theday.co.uk to get in touch!

  • Is your staff trained on The Day's features and how to use them?

    We offer free virtual training to help your staff fully understand The Day’s resources and their impact on students. Book this in with your account manager!

  • Do teachers have individual or shared logins?

    You get unlimited logins with your subscription. Many schools opt for individual logins to monitor usage, other schools prefer a shared login, but we can set up access however suits your needs. Ask your account manager for help!

  • Is the student access link live?

    We provide a one-click URL for students to access The Day at school and at home. Get in touch with your account manager to have one set up and share it across your school community. We even have a message specifically for parents and carers which you can include in your newsletters to get the whole school community reading The Day! Contact support@theday.co.uk to have it sent over!

  • Is your school using The Day across the whole curriculum?

    The Day’s resources have links across all subjects, form time, MFL, assemblies, and more. With 5 reading levels and accessibility options, it helps boost literacy and key skills schoolwide.

  • Promoted our new Student Voices feature to pupils?

    Student Voices is a new space where students can submit written or video opinions for publication. All entries will receive feedback from our editors and published authors will be eligible for weekly prizes and our yearly young journalist awards. This is a great opportunity to build confidence, receive recognition and help students ‘find their voice’.

  • Seen The Day in action through our case study school?

    Boosting Literacy and Oracy is a huge focus for us at The Day. One of our member schools recorded the phenomenal impact on their school’s reading levels before and after using The Day for 12 months. Watch The Day in action at our case study school here.

  • What is The Day's referral scheme?

    Our member referral scheme rewards you with a 10% discount for each school you refer, plus they get 10% off their subscription. This is uncapped, so successfully refer 10 schools, and you could get your membership free!
