Should hostility to men be made a hate crime?

A hate crime is defined as an act of violence or hostility motivated by prejudice based on one of five things: disability, race, religion, transgender identity and sexuality. However, the government could expand this definition to include misogyny, ageism and — most controversially — hostility to men. Should hostility to men be a hate crime? What do you think?
