And now, there are two new people in charge of the Royal Shakespeare Company, a theatre company that performs plays by William ShakespeareAn English playwright and poet who is often called the greatest writer in the English language. . Their names are Daniel Evans and Tamara Harvey. 

They have a hard job ahead of them. They have to find the best actors and new ways to perform very old plays.

Normally, only one person would do this job. But Evans and Harvey chose to work together. Some people think everyone should share a job. Two people can have twice as many ideas and work together to find answers to problems.

But others say most jobs are only for one person for a reason. A person who does not share their job can know everything about it and focus on one thing. And most jobs simply do not need two people.
