Steven Bartlett is a businessman. But the 30-year-old thinks that young people do not want to work hard.

Bartlett was born in Botswana in 1992, but moved to the UK when he was two. He left university to run his own business. By the age of 26, he had earned £71m. 

Now, he is best known as one of the Dragons on Dragons' Den, a television show in which people share their business ideas and try to win help from a successful business person.
