Mental health

Hundreds of hours spent online, staring at social media. Fears about climate change, the economy and the future of an uncertain world. Isolation from friends, trapped inside learning on screens due to Covid-19. Seasonal sadness as the nights grow longer and the days close in. Mental health is one of the most important things we can talk about today. There are reasons to be worried: people around the world, especially young people, are struggling. But there are also reasons to be optimistic. Every day, we are learning more about how to take care of our minds, asking more questions about how we can support each other and most crucially, talking more — to friends, to family and to the world.
