It was supposed to be a positive event for the Royal Family. Camilla, the Queen ConsortThe wife of the current king. , had invited 300 people to Buckingham PalaceThe home of Britain's king or queen. as part of a campaign against abuse in the home.
But the event has made the headlines for the wrong reasons. A Black charity boss, Ngozi Fulani, was speaking to a senior assistant of Queen Elizabeth II, who died earlier this year.
The assistant, Lady Susan Hussey, asked what part of Africa she was from - and seemed to refuse to accept she could be from Britain.
