Robert Waldinger and Marc Schulz looked at the results of one of the longest studies of happiness ever - the HarvardA top US university, founded in 1636. Study of Adult Development, which started in 1938.

The study found that people who had happy relationships when they were 50 were the healthiest at age 80.
But today, many people spend time alone. Most teenagers spend hours on social media instead of with friends.
