How goblin mode is taking over the world

No turning back: The term “goblin mode” originated over a decade ago, but went viral on social media earlier this year after being tweeted in a fake headline.

Should we adopt "vampire mode" instead? Yesterday, “goblin mode” was named the Oxford word of 2022. But some think we should actually follow the example set by vampires. What’s happening? Lying in bed all day, watching reality television and eating crisps. This is what people do when they are in “goblin mode”.
