But if you go and buy a new copy of Roald Dahl's books, you may notice something different.
The company that prints new copies of the books, Puffin Books, have made hundreds of changes.
Women characters who worked at supermarkets are now scientists and businesspeople. The words "black" and "white" have been taken out, even when they are not describing skin colour. And none of the books talk about anyone's weight.

Many think it is a good idea. They point out that it is hard for readers to enjoy books that make fun of people like them.
