A new report says he has helped scientists who are studying genes. Their tests could bring animals back to life. They could also help people live much longer.  

People have tried many ways to live for ever. For example, in the Middle Ages, people tried to make the Philosopher's Stone. 

But would living forever be that great? Some think it would cause problems. Plus it could be very boring!

Some say

Yes! It would be terrible. You would get bored. Life would not be so exciting. What makes life great is that you only get one chance at it. Living for ever would be like a nightmare.

Others think

No, it would be wonderful! You would have time to do anything you wanted. You could visit every place in the world. It would be much better than dying!
